If there is indeed a workaround, I do know that neither company claims to support it or guarantee it will work. When I mentioned that you could only use Rapture on 10.6.8 or lower, I was simply quoting the system requirements that were posted by both Cakewalk and Computer Music. That would be really cool if you would be willing to explain step by step how you've got it running on OS's that are supposed to be incompatible. I never owned Rapture but was told by many others that it was a fantastic-sounding synth. ^ Nice, I'm so glad that you're getting some use out of it.
